General OEM Product Support

The OEM UcD® Family: World-renowned, top-quality amplifier modules, ideal for use in multichannel applications. With a wide range of power ratings and compact form factors, these modules are designed for easy integration into multichannel amplifier setups, especially when paired with our Switch Mode Power Supplies. Available from 32 channels at 100W to 4 channels at 2500W, and everything in between.

The OEM NCORE® Family: High-end amplifier modules, ideal for premium power amplifiers when paired with our Switch Mode Power Supplies. These amplifier modules are also suitable for building high-end touring amplifiers.
An SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) is a high-efficiency power supply specifically designed for use with our amplifier modules from the UcD™ and NCORE® families. These power supplies are suitable for mono and stereo setups, as well as multichannel applications.
With a minimum of 2x better noise reduction and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) compared to the NCORE®, our eXceptional NCOREx® technology is the solution for your future high-end audio products. Focused on delivering superior audio performance and enhanced functionality, the NCOREx® OEM modules are ideal for mono, stereo, multichannel, and active speaker applications that demand nothing but the best.

The Mains Powered NCORE® Family is a premium all-in-one amplifier solution. These modules feature one or two amplifier channels with power ratings ranging from 125W to 500W per channel, integrated with a Switch Mode Power Supply. They are ideal for use in high-quality HiFi mono or stereo amplifiers, as well as musical instrument amplifiers. Easy to integrate, they are also compatible with the NC100HF extension amplifier, specifically designed for tweeter applications. These modules enable the creation of an active 3-way setup with ease.

The NCORE® Active Speaker Family is specifically designed for professional active 2-way loudspeakers. The integration of an asymmetric amplifier and a Switch Mode Power Supply on a single board is the key to easy integration. Unlike our other amplifier solutions, these modules are tuned for optimal performance in 8-ohm applications.
A Digital Signal Processor (DSP) is a platform used for managing signal processing in applications such as active loudspeakers, pre-amplifiers, or integrated amplifiers.
A Fusion Amp is an aluminum plate that houses a mounted DSP and one, two, or three amplifiers with an integrated power supply. It is designed for use in active loudspeakers and subwoofers, and is also referred to as a plate amplifier.
Our products are intended solely for audio reproduction. Use in any other application is not supported and is at your own risk.
A Class-D amplifier, or switching amplifier, is an electronic amplifier in which the amplifying devices (typically MOSFETs) function as electronic switches, rather than linear gain devices as in other types of amplifiers. These amplifiers operate by rapidly switching between the supply rails, with a modulator using techniques such as pulse width modulation, pulse density modulation, or related methods to encode the audio input into a pulse train. The audio is then passed through a low-pass filter into the loudspeaker, while the high-frequency pulses (which can reach up to 6 MHz) are blocked. Since the output transistor pairs are never conducting simultaneously, there is no alternate path for current flow other than through the low-pass filter and loudspeaker, allowing efficiency to exceed 90%.
In principle, Hypex amplifiers are compatible with any loudspeaker, provided they are correctly matched. Our recommendation is to use an amplifier that is capable of delivering slightly more power than what your speakers require. While it is not necessary to have an extremely powerful amplifier, it is important to select a module that can provide the power your speakers can handle. Using an undersized amplifier may result in it operating at maximum capacity continuously, which can lead to clipping and potentially damage your audio equipment.
